Dear comrades! We are very grateful to the organizers for inviting us to such an important and interesting forum! We are glad to meet you on the gracious historical land of Korea! We Kyrgyz are Huns! As you all know, according to the data of historians, up to the 1st century A.D. they moved from the Carpathians to the Yellow Sea, from the West to the East, then back from the East to the West! Koreans a certain part practiced shamanism, Buddhism! The Kyrgyz in their historical past, being nomads, also practiced shamanism, Tengriism superimposed on it, there were also Buddhists! By this excursion into the past, I want to tell you that there are similarities between our peoples, and there is unity in our culture! I am glad with all my heart that I can see and be in touch with the brotherly Korean people, their culture, history and peculiar nature so closely!
Comrades! Today the world is in a dangerous geopolitical situation! We all know from the dialectics of life that nothing stands still, both nature and society, and human consciousness itself too! The history of the development of mankind has shown that it has already changed many times from one type of society to another type of society. Today, mankind has been living in a capitalist system since the late 15th and early 16th centuries in its various forms, depending on ethnic features, geography, economic culture, specifics of the social and spiritual sphere! But the EXACT nature of capitalism is the same! Today it has reached the highest stage of its development – imperialism! Any new thing, when it turns out, grows old, decrepit and perishes! In its place arises the new, with the preservation of the progressive elements of the old! Capitalism, too, has grown old and tired in its irreconcilable contradictions, it has reached the highest heights in the scientific-technical, informational progress in the imperialist stage and is already suffocating in its social, spiritual-moral, political and interstate development! The international political organization of society has collapsed!
2. After all, what is the point of man’s existence? Why does he live? To what should he dedicate his life? From the position of common sense man and humanity should devote their lives so that it became better, more perfect, filled with noble goals, purer, more moral! So that people all over the Earth can breathe freely, honestly and with dignity look each other in the eye, be faithful and loyal to their people, their Fatherland and as much as possible develop it further! In order to develop society, it is necessary to develop oneself in all its manifestations! For this purpose it is necessary to master knowledge, sciences, to understand and know the laws of development of society, nature and oneself! Then man and mankind can develop the highest spiritual relations, the highest production, the highest music and culture, the highest science and aesthetics! The highest attitude towards other people and humanity, the highest attitude towards other nations and other ethnic groups! After all, it is more interesting to live this way, with the deepest meaning and purest thoughts! Can humanity reach such a level of development? Undoubtedly it can! But this is hindered by huge obstacles!
Strategy of human development – to socialist further to communist civilization!
3. What are the obstacles to further progressive development of mankind in the current geopolitical situation? – It is the total dictate of private psychology in the world! These are exactly the signs of decaying capitalism-imperialism! Why is it so? Because all over the world it turned out that under imperialism both material and spiritual forms of ownership are totally monopolized in the hands of a very narrow circle of people who begin to rule the entire world and give out their standards of life the most necessary and most correct to date! And it is difficult to change their minds in a different opinion! Why? Because all the power in the world is in their hands: the property of the world, the entire financial system, all the media, all the international organizations that should be promoting democracy, human rights fall under the influence of the richest people in the world! There is the concept of the deep state, the concept of the Anglo-Saxons, the collective West, the NATO military bloc! After the destruction of the Soviet Union, the world became UNIPOLAR, where an extremely reactionary process began, where the richest country, living mainly through the exploitation of other states, the USA, began to dictate its will to all other countries! The result is a total destruction of the international political organization of society to the extreme! For some reason one power decided that it could do anything! That’s how they destroyed Yugoslavia! They turned blooming states like Iraq, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria into deserts! Now they’re using Ukraine to wage war on Russia! All these states have been looted and turned into regions of humanitarian disaster! Why? Who gave them such a right? Why did they think they were allowed to do that? Unfortunately, the world sees, though who wants to see, that in modern imperialism fascism, segregation, racism, pedophilia, mental illness, drug trafficking and addiction, homosexuality and transgenderism are flourishing! They are becoming almost state policy in certain European states and in the U.S.! Why are sanctions against states that have independent policies becoming more and more widespread? Why is this necessary? – The world has a huge amount of nuclear weapons, biological weapons, tectonic and electronic weapons! The U.S. has hundreds of bacteriological, chemical laboratories around the world, ready at any moment to use them on people! Mankind is also facing an ecological catastrophe! – There is a Special Military Operation of Russia against all collective fascism of the West on the territory of Ukraine! – There are U.S. attempts to start a war in Taiwan! There is also an attempt to destabilize the situation between the DPRK and the Republic of Korea, to pit one brotherly nation against another! Naturally, Japan is also sought to be used for its militaristic purposes!
4. In these pre-agonal conditions of imperialism, when it is seized by death spasms and humanity is hurtling towards its death with cosmic speed, what is the progressive part of humanity to do? Sit back and think that the curve will take us somewhere? No! Such a trend must not be allowed to develop. Humanity must move forward with open eyes to prosperity, to stop the destruction of humanity and all life on earth! How, by what means, by what mechanisms?
5. To use all the progressive potential of the Planet and stop this lawlessness! The instinct of self-preservation is already working! The Military Special Operation of Russia in response to the brazen attacks of the fascist Banderites led by the USA, who have been killing people in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics for almost 8 years, has begun! – A cardinal leap towards progressive processes is the visit of the President of the People’s Republic of China, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Mr. Xi Jinping, to the Russian Federation and all the decisions they have made! This is a very important positive fact in counteracting the Western extremely reactionary dictate in the world!
6. The Arab states are beginning to pursue a unified policy as well! The world anti-imperialist platform, the international coalition against the NATO bacterological laboratories, the communist and worker parties in Russia, in the world in general, the free trade unions, especially in the west, are beginning to work together, because the lives of the working masses are getting harder and harder, including the sanctions against Russia.
There is an objective consolidation of progressive, anti-imperialist forces in the world! On the one hand, this is the natural instinct of self-preservation of the healthy part of humanity against the extreme anomalies of imperialism, leading humanity to self-destruction! We believe and all South-East Asia, the Korean peninsula too will go the way of consolidation against fratricidal wars, against the anti-human actions of the top Western countries led by the USA! Imperialism must be replaced or converted gradually into SOCIALISM, perhaps through transitional stages as in the People’s Republic of China or immediately radically convert private property into public property! If I say about my own Kyrgyz Republic, I can say about a number of positive anti-imperialist phenomena: the NATO military base was withdrawn from Kyrgyzstan calmly and legally! Then, a small country with a population of about 7 million people took back its enormous gold mine Kumtor from the Canadians into the ownership of the people of Kyrgyzstan! It prevented the construction of a bacteriological laboratory on its territory by NATO and the United States! Finally, at the constitutional level, it introduced the structure of the People’s Kurultai which will control all branches of state power at the local and central levels! Its first Congress was held and for two days all branches of the Supreme State listened to the people, their assessment of the performance of the authorities headed by the President, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of Parliament! People’s Kurultai acts on a voluntary basis! We hope that the role of the people’s masses in arranging their lives will increase until we bring back socialism and the Soviet Union! We wish new successes in realization of our common tasks! Happiness and prosperity to all and to you and to the Republic of Korea in democratizing social processes for the benefit of the interests of the working masses and the nations.
